Jim Wagner Plumbing, Inc. provides same day installation on residential and commercial water heaters throughout the Chicago Metropolitan Area. Our licensed plumbers have heaters in stock on their trucks and can often be dispatched to your home as soon as your service is scheduled. We carry Bradford White brand water heaters for your home or business. All of our residential water heaters include all inclusive 6 year warranty and extended warranties are also available.
The price includes parts, labor and delivery for a standard removal & reinstall “heaters that can be removed and replaced without removing or lifting heater over unrelated piping, appliances, duct work, or furniture ect. if so a extra charge may apply”. The price includes removal and disposal of old heater. The price includes the “respect your home like it was our own” treatment. If you have carpet we have drop clothes. The price doesn’t include plumbing code corrections. If additional work is required, it will be quoted before the work begins. The flat rate price is for removal and installation of the same gallon and style tank. Alterations are expected when a different manufacturer tank is replaced and included in price when removing same style and gallon capacity tank. Any Installation upgrades such as a “new shut off valve” will be quoted and approved prior to the start of the job.

The water heaters purchased at sale price online are scheduled for next day installation Monday through Friday. Saturday appointments are available but are limited. Orders must be placed before 5:00PM CST for next day installation. The installation prices posted are for today installation Monday through Friday 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM CST. Water heater installations after 4:00 PM CST will be priced at a emergency rate. If you need same day service call (630) 577-9241 to schedule. Same day service available in most cases. SALES TAX is INCLUDED in the quoted prices.
